A meztelen jógázást ugyan nem Jessica O’Brien találta fel, most mégis róla írunk, hiszen a 29 éves lány rájött, hogyan lehet továbbfejleszteni a műfajt. Eddig főleg olyan csajokat láttunk, akik csak saját és az Instagram követőik örömére posztolgatták a jógapózokba csavarodott pucér testüket , az ausztrál O'Brien azonban élőben is szívesen bemutatja ezt. Annyira, hogy nemrég meztelen jógaórát tartott, kizárólag nőknek.

Azért fontos, hogy a résztvevők csak nők lehettek, mert koedukált pucérjógát maga O'Brien és mások is tartottak már . A mostani azonban egy kifejezetten nők számára összeállított háromórás alkalom volt, aminek során a mozgás mellett önbizalomerősítő gyakorlatok is voltak. Ez a fajta meztelen jóga egy bemutatkozással kezdődik, majd a pucérságba belelazulással folytatódik, ami segít a résztvevőknek közelebb kerülni a testpozitív önképhez , ezt meditáció és légzésgyakorlatok követik, majd jöhet egy órányi jóga és levezetésnek relaxáció, beszélgetés és teázás. Akinek pedig van kedve, a végén közös meztelen fotó is készíthet az oktatóval.

Truly honoured. I revere these womens' efforts to delve deep into their vulnerability. To unearth that which has previously kept them from fully embodying their true essence, their radiance, their femininity and their inner beauty which shines infinitely brighter than what we see on the surface. This is strength. An enlightening path to empowerment ✨ A journey to wholly accept ourselves and reclaim our radiance 💗 There were tears, laughter, silence, joy... Coming together as strangers, but leaving as sisters. Unified through our endeavours to love more. Accept more. Let go more. Surrender more. Unravel more. A sisterhood we've created...one in which there is no judgement, only acceptance. One in which we uplift each other and one in which we bear witness to each others' truth...no masks, no labels, no clothes... just each woman...as they are. A space in which we work to transmute self-loathing and criticism into self-acceptance and love. I was attracted to the opportunity because it spoke directly to my insecurities (self-worth) and to my pleasures (challenging conventional thought). I pulled up the registration form, and stared at it for what felt like hours. I closed it. I waited a few days and reopened it. I completed half of it, and then shut it down. Disrobing came at a time when only I was comfortable, and not rushed nor pressured into. It balanced privacy and exposure so beautifully, creating a safe space in an of itself. And so the evening commenced, and I knew it was the right place for me. 🌸 If you’re even considering going to a FEMPOWERMENT women’s only naked yoga event, in my opinion, your mind is already made up. Az órának akkora sikere volt, hogy O’Brien már meg is hirdette a következőt, így vélhetően rendszer lesz a meztelen, női jógából. Ha pedig miden a világ megszokott rendje szerint halad, pár éve múlva talán Magyarországra is elér ez a mozgásforma.
O'Brien egyébként elkötelezett nudista (az Instagramjának is az a neve, hogy: a meztelen blogger), úgyhogy nemcsak jógázni szeret pucéran, hanem például a fal mellett is így szeret ácsorogni:
